Trust from millions of members, fast payments, Bengali-language support, and transparent rules — these four pillars are what Jili9 is built on. Who we are, what we do, and why we do it — that's what this page is all about.
Jili9 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built with the people of Bangladesh in mind. From day one, we've had a single goal — to let people in every corner of Bangladesh enjoy online gaming safely, easily, and in their own language.
On international platforms, everything is in English or Hindi, payments are a headache, and there's no way to get support in Bangla. Jili9 was built to solve exactly these problems — with a fully Bangla interface, direct payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and 24/7 customer support in Bangla.
We believe transparency is the foundation of trust. That's why Jili9 publishes the RTP (Return to Player) for every game, writes all bonus terms in Bengali, and lets you know payment timelines upfront. No hidden information.
To give every person in Bangladesh a safe, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience — where language, payment, or technology is never a barrier.
To be South Asia's most trusted and member-friendly online gaming platform — where every member feels respected and secure.

How Jili9 started and how far we've come
Jili9 started out as a small team with one clear goal — to build a reliable platform for users in Bangladesh where neither language nor payment methods would ever be a barrier.
Jili9 became the first platform to launch a fully Bangla interface. bKash and Nagad payments were added at the same time — a major milestone at the time.
The cricket live betting section launched to an overwhelming response. Enhanced odds offers for Bangladesh matches were introduced.
Within just three years, Jili9's registered membership crossed 100,000. The first version of the mobile app was also launched.
A four-tier VIP program and progressive jackpot system launched. Membership surpassed 300,000.
Jili9 is now one of Bangladesh's largest online gaming platforms, with 1,000+ games, 30+ sports, and over 500,000 registered members and growing.
The principles that guide every decision we make
Every rule, every offer, and every payment detail is communicated honestly and upfront.
Member data and funds come first. No exceptions.
Every new feature and update is made with our members' best interests in mind.
Fun comes with responsibility. Helping our members build healthy gaming habits is something we take seriously.
We are committed to continuously improving our technology and gaming experience.
Verified RNG across all games, equal odds on every bet. No interference with results.
Many people in Bangladesh have questions about online gaming — whether a platform is trustworthy, whether their money is safe, and whether they'll actually receive their winnings. These are valid concerns, and Jili9 takes them seriously.
Jili9 operates under an international license. Our games are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors to verify RNG fairness. In plain terms, game outcomes are not predetermined, and there is no way for Jili9 to manipulate results.
Jili9's payment record is among the best in Bangladesh. Over the past year, millions of withdrawal requests have been processed with an average turnaround of under 15 minutes. Larger amounts may take slightly longer due to security verification, but that extra step is purely to protect your funds.
The Jili9 team brings together local talent from Bangladesh alongside international experts. Our customer support team is entirely Bangla-speaking — day or night, members can get help in their mother tongue. This is something many of our members specifically appreciate.
Jili9 is more than a gaming platform — it's a community. Every month brings tournaments, leaderboard competitions, and special events where members go head-to-head for a chance to win big prizes. Thousands of players from cities across Bangladesh are active in the Jili9 community.
Jili9's position on responsible gaming is clear — gaming is for entertainment, not as a source of income. Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits in their account settings. If anyone feels they're losing control of their gaming habits, our support team is always ready to help. These things matter to us more than the business itself.
Jili9 has plans to add more local content, an improved app, and additional payment methods going forward. As Bangladesh's online gaming market grows, Jili9 continues to invest more in quality — because our members are our greatest strength.
"I've been with Jili9 for three years. I've tried a lot of platforms, but nowhere else have I found everything in Bangla the way Jili9 does it. I once had an issue with support — I opened a chat at 1 AM and had it resolved in 4 minutes. That's the real difference."
